You will receive email confirmation of the gift certificates you have purchased. The Sebel Kirkton
Park Hunter Valley will include an itemised tax invoice of goods upon
shipment, and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are G.S.T inclusive. Gift Certificates will be
delivered within 2 - 7 working days depending on the postcode area.
Returns Policy
The Management of the Sebel Kirkton Park Hunter Valley reserve the
right to refuse to refund should you change your mind. Claims should be reported to Sebel Kirkton Park Hunter Valley
within 3 days of the receipt of the goods and all claims must be
approved prior to the return of the product, along with a copy of the
invoice. All items returned must be in their original packaging or will
not be accepted for return. No refund will be given on delivery costs
or costs incurred by the customer in return of the goods. Sebel Kirkton
Park Hunter Valley will not accept responsibility for, nor refund the
cost of goods that do not arrive in the condition that they were sold.
Payments
Credit card payment of goods will be processed at the time of ordering
online. If a customer places a phone order or faxes an order, goods
will be charged to the credit card, before the goods are dispatched.
Payments details are protected during transmission using 256bit SSL encryption. We do not store credit card numbers. Payments are processed securely by an external provider.
