Our talented and hard-worked team have been busy building, preparing, planting and tending to our new interactive vegetable garden...

The Kirkton Park kitchen team select freshly grown produce from our garden daily and utilise everything from tomatoes and pumpkins to strawberries and olives in dishes served across breakfast, lunch and dinner in Locavore Dining and Epoche Lounge Bar.

Ask our friendly team for your personal guided tour of the new Kirkton Park vegetable garden on your next stay, and you may even be able to pick your own dinner produce, straight from the paddock, to your plate!

Meet Executive Chef, Chad Woolford...

Joining us from Tasmanian Wine Country, Executive Chef Chad Woolford has been collaborating with neighbouring organic farmers and winemakers to curate a constantly evolving, seasonally inspired menu that celebrates the region's diverse flavours. Chad has received Chef Hat Awards 2 years in a row at the Piermont Restaurant & Function Centre in Swansea Tasmania and is well known for his innovative menu design. His style encompasses the rhythm of the seasons and the wonders of produce fresh from the farm.

"We enjoy educating our guests about where food products come from and the important role farmers play in sustainable production. It is a privilege to capture the essence of agriculture – in every aspect – and present it. Featuring  the best seasonal produce sourced straight from our garden, we aim to offer an experience that celebrates and highlights the connection between farmer, gardener and chef.”

On behalf of Chad, and the Kirkton Park team, we invite you to join us and experience the difference...
